In this evening workshop, we will discuss the spiritual philosophies of Taoism and the energy cultivation and meditation practices of the Universal Healing Tao system. We’ll learn about the foundational Universal Healing Tao meditations, such as the Six Healing Sounds Meditation and Tao Yin, and we'll practice some together. This workshop is both for beginners to the Universal Healing Tao as well as longtime students.
