In this workshop, we’ll practice the foundational Universal Healing Tao meditations and exercises together and we'll discuss the basis of Taoism, self-healing, wellness and spirituality. We'll also learn and practice Healing Love, the overall teaching of sexual energy cultivation. Healing Love focuses on energy cultivation meditations and physical exercises that benefit women and men of all ages and life stages. This workshop is both for beginners to the Universal Healing Tao as well as longtime students.
